Secure key holding is included in our Basic Care plan from €100 per month, together with a scheduled monthly property inspection, full home ventilation and airing, and a monthly digital photo report.
Additional services can be added to create a customised property care plan tailored to the property and the owner’s requirements.
Emergency and Contractor Access
When urgent access is needed, we can attend the property, provide access to approved contractors and help coordinate the visit. Extra charges may apply for emergency call-outs, out-of-hours attendance or visits outside the agreed care plan.
