We use Lonely Homes Cyprus to look after our property in Paphos while we’re overseas. They provide regular property inspections, key holding and maintenance support, with photos and updates after visits. Reliable, professional service and highly recommended for property management in Paphos

We’re based in the UK and use Lonely Homes for our property in Paphos. They carry out regular property checks, hold our keys and help arrange maintenance when needed. Communication is always quick and reliable, and they deal with things properly when something needs attention. Highly recommended for anyone with a property in Paphos who lives abroad.

Great British-owned company. Friendly, reliable and very professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, everything was handled smoothly, and we felt our property was in safe hands. Thanks a lot to the Lonely Homes Cyprus team — highly recommended.

With work and family commitments, it's simply not possible to check on our property as often as we'd like. The team keep us informed with digital reports and genuinely care about looking after our holiday home. Highly recommended if your property is left empty for long periods.

Finally, I found a decent company for key holding and regular checks on my villa while I'm out of Cyprus. They send me a report after each visit and let me know if anything needs attention. It's a simple service that takes away the worry and doubt.

Очень довольны сервисом. Пока мы в России, ребята присматривают за домом на Кипре как за своим. Всегда на связи, всё честно и спокойно. Теперь за дом вообще не переживаем. Спасибо, Reno!

Great family run company in Cyprus and really easy to deal with. I use Lonely Homes for key holding and property inspections in Paphos for my holiday home, and it’s nice knowing someone reliable is keeping an eye on the place while I’m back in the UK — got enough to deal with here already lol.
